Hi I'm a diver that enjoys playing video games when I'm not writing about marine life, diving or maritime history, but if I'm not doing that I'm out with my mates. How about you?

While out diving the other day, I went to put my hand down on the floor for one second, only to ave this animal appear, I had never seen a ray before in the wild, so this was a dream encounter. Rays are cousins of the sharks and are majestic animals, so just being able to dive with one is awesome.

In my opinion, this is the best advert in the world, but what do you think of it?

http://www.kewego.com/video/iLyROoaftv wf.html

BTW once you've gone on to the ink, give it a minute to load up, you'll never see butter the same way again.

If you think there are adverts better then this, please leave them here in your comments.

Hey everyone,

Instead of doing a post about this or that, I'm going to make a post about my current projects of stuff I am working on Newgrounds.

First up there are two audio submissions that I have done, one features a pirate voice I done for Pirates day.

The Pirate one is entitled "Pirate quoting Shakspeare," you can find the link for it here: http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen /269274

The second one, features Link telling you how he has decided to change his look, the link for it is here: http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen /272141

Now as for the other projects I am currently working on, there is the NInt3do are collab that I am co-organizing with JKAmovies.

Next is a Legend of Zelda flash that I am currently writing, then lastly is a few voice acting gigs I am doing.

The first is for a few characters in Fantasy High, one of which is named Jack, the mysterious good guy that appears in one episode at this stage.

And then my last project that I am working on is a voice job on FourSwordsKing series "Psychic," in it I voice the character Jack.

Oh and I am now currently trying to organize a Legend of Zelda art Collab.

Well that is all for now, however f you would like any help on upcoming projects, feel free to contact me for help.

This is all for now from Greatwh1teshark, ciao

EDIT: Hey everyone here's an update, for animators looking for scripts, there is now a script shop on NG that's right you heard me correctly. At this shop you can find scripts for sale, there is no price for them, all you have to do is give the writer of the script the credit of writer or author when you've made it. I currently have two scripts in the shop.

Here is the link for the shop: http://betteratbrawl7777alt.newgrounds .com/

EDIT: Cool I just wrote four scripts today, three of which are all Nintendo based, they'll be going in the shop soon, but If you would like to see them, send me a PM and I'll send it to you.

EDIT: Well because I've been doing quite a bit of work writing Zelda based flashes, I'm introducing a my portfolio, where all scripts are listed, ladies and gentleman, I give you the Zelda Files:

Zelda Files:
1.The Legend of Zelda: The Forgotten Legend (episode 1 & 2)
2.Link's lesson on love
3.LOOT: Link: Ocarina of Time
4.Link's Clock town adventure

Well that's all for now, oh yeah, I now have 14 scripts in the shop!

The Legend of Zelda: The Forgotten Legend

Chapter 1: Desert of the Ages

Link awoke, his face buried under the sand. "Where am I?" He asked as he got to his knees and stood up, gazing at his surroundings. No matter where he looked, all he could see was sand and rock, due to his surroundings he knew he was in a desert, but not one he'd ever been to.
"How did I get here? Last thing I remember is Ganondorf hitting me with a powerful beam before knocking me through that portal." Link said, rethinking his last activities.
"Well, I'm not going to get out of here and defeat Ganondorf if I don't get moving!" Link thought to himself before looking at his hand, seeing the Triforce glowing.
"Wonder why it's doing that?" Link asked before lowering his hand and then setting off.
Heading for where he saw the sun setting, but what he didn't know was that in the Dark realm, even though it is called the Dark realm, it is covered by twilight.
Link spent the next three days heading for the sun, but not once did the distance diminish, but to add to that, he had a strange feeling that the dark cloud above him was following him, and what's more, he thought it was also watching him.
It was on the fourth day of constant marching, did he come across the first sign of life and funnily enough, it was a sign. Link read the words on the sign out loud. "The Aruian Desert, so that's where I am" but when he finished uttering the words, he passed out, due to him not sleeping in days.
"LINK!" A voice called out that only Link could hear.
"Link, it's me Zelda!" Princess Zelda called out. "Link, its Ganondorf, he's too powerful, we need you. Argh!" Zelda screamed.
"Zelda!" Link called out as he woke up, surprised to see he was in a cabin.
"I see you are awake!" An old man called out from his chair by the cackling fire.
"Where am I? Who are you? How did I get here? And what is this place?" Link asked, firing many questions as he sat up and looked into the man's eyes.
"You are in my home, inside the Aruian Desert, the only place you are safe. Now to answer your other questions, I am Aru, the Oracle of Knowledge. I saw you in the desert , you were passed out. I was going to leave you there, but when I saw that Ganondorf's beast "Darkala," King of the dark clouds was going to attack you, I knew you were different. So I fended off the beast and brought you back here. Now to answer your final question, you are in the Desert of Ages, an evil place that can only belong in the Dark realm." Aru told Link.
"This is the place Ganondorf escaped from, but how? And how did you fight off that beast? Also why is this glowing?" Link held up his hand with the Triforce on.
"You mean the Guardian of the Triforce doesn't know, I'll explain. When you assembled all three pieces of the Triforce and defeated Ganondorf that is when you changed into this. Your sword altered, as did your tunic, your shield, you even got a lot stronger, but Ganondorf returned and was able to over power you and send you here. When all this happened you stopped being Link, but became the Guardian of the Triforce, a God in human form. Now your Triforce is glowing, because you are in immediate danger, so it is glowing to constantly warn you. Now I was able to save you from the creature because when Darkala saw me, like all other dark creatures, it fled, for all entities here fear me and my knowledge. Before I tell you how Ganondorf escaped, what do you know about the Forgotten Legend?
Link shook his head and reached for his shield, putting it on his back before touching the Master sword, but the second his fingers met with the steel, the sword transformed into an old staff, the Staff of Messor.
"What just happened?" Link asked out of shock.
"It's time you learnt the Forgotten Legend." Aru said before telling Link everything.
Hours later, Link yawned when the story was over. "So this rod will get me home?"
"Yes it will, but only if you beat the Portal Guardian.
"Who?"
"When Ganondorf left, he gave a Dark soldier shape shifting powers, powers that enable to be undefeatable to all those who do know posses the Triforce. You are the only one who can beat him Link."
"How do I get to the portal?" Link asked. "How do I beat the guardian without my sword?"
"To get to the portal, you will need the Triforce to lead you to it. As for beating the shape shifter, the staff will transform itself into the weapon you desire. Now rest, for tomorrow you'll need all your energy."
The next morning, Aru woke Link up and told him that it was time to go. It was when he was outside Aru's cabin that Link saw it, a gold path emerged on top of the sand, the path was going to lead Link to the portal. Link followed the path for the next three days before he saw the huge round golden portal. And when he did, his staff turned back into the Master sword.
"I knew you would come." A voice said, causing Link to turn round and see a shadowy version of himself.
"You're not Dark Link, you're the shape shifter." Link had his sword and shield at the ready.
"Actually I'm both. I was Dark Link, right up till you defeated me and I got sent here. I ceased to exist, lost my form, until Ganondorf came. He used his powers to return me back to normal and told me he had a deal for me. He said that when he escaped, he was going to find you and send you here and that when you arrived, you would be all mine. He of course knew how you defeated, so he increased my strength and gave me shape shifting powers that would enable me to kill you, and when I do I'll be free to open the portal and return to your world, bringing the power of darkness with me and once back in your world, I will reign supreme under Ganondorf. As much as I love the sound of my own voice, it is time you die!" Dark Link pulled out his sword and ran at Link, their swords clanging when they met each other in mid air.
Link pulled his sword away first and swung again, aiming his weapon to cut Dark Link in half, but the word cut through nothing because Dark Link disappeared before reappearing.
"You can't beat me Link, not this time!" It was Dark Link's turn to strike, his sword hitting Link's shield before he leaped into the air and kicked Link in the face, causing him to fall to the fall, while blood gushed out of his nose like a river.
"Don't be so sure." Link replied, wiping the blood away before the Triforce on his hand glowed even more and he leaped into the air, doing his most powerful spin attack ever.
When booth Links had landed on the floor, Dark Link had smiled. "Interesting, it seems you've gotten stronger yourself. This battle is starting to get interesting."
TO BE CONTINUED.

As like before, if you want to see the story continue, just say, otherwise you'll never know who survives the Desert.

The Legend of Zelda: The Forgotten Legend (Part 2)

The Legend of Zelda: The Forgotten Legend:

Prologue: The True creation of the Triforce

Many centuries ago, back before life itself was created, at around the time when the three Gods created the Triforce, There was a fourth God, His name was "Messor."

Messor was the eldest and most powerful out of the four Gods and was the God of Spirit, as well as being the master shape shifter. It was also he who was the one who came up with creating the world and the Triforce, but a Triforce that had contained four pieces because it was Spirit that was needed to bind the whole thing together.

Once the Triforce was assembled, Messor begun to change, he begun to have evil thoughts, thoughts that could destroy the world he helped create. So in the only way he knew how to stop himself, he created a staff, a staff that would rid him off his power, but as much as he tried, he continued to fail.

A century passed and his evil continued to destroy everything, legions and armies all led by one man, continued to march over the created world, filling fear and terror into all inhabitants.
But the man who was leading them was not the God Messor, but the evil son he created in his image, his son was "Gared," the secret ancestor of Ganondorf. During his travels to stop his son, Messor met "Aru," the Oracle of Knowledge. It was Aru who told Messor how he could put an end to the reign of evil. The Oracle told Messor that all this had begun when Messor had added Spirit into the Triforce, but not just any Spirit, his Spirit and with it, all the good he wielded, leaving himself with only evil.

Messor left the Oracle and went after the Triforce, finding it in the golden place they created that was hidden beneath Lake Aquar, which had gone on to become Lake Hylia. When he saw it resting on its pedestal, Messor snatched it up and ripped out the Spirit he put in.

Straight away all evil had vanished, but even with Spirit out of the Triforce, evil still remained in his and his son's heart and it was an evil that had to be destroyed before a second reign of evil.

Messor knew what had to be done; he and his son had to be destroyed, so after finally tracking his son down, they were engaged in an epic battle. Even though Messor was a God and Gared was a mere mortal, they were evenly matched in the battle for they were both using the power of evil and this was a fight Messor could not win.

Still in shame after losing the fight, Messor went on to find Aru the Oracle once more. It was during this visit that Aru told Messor that the only way he could win is if he used good, instead of evil against evil.

So once again, armed with knowledge he went after his son to try to destroy his only descendant once more, unaware that Gared had just had a son of his own.

During the battle, Messor found himself losing once more, so he used his powers of transformation and transfigured his son into an oak tree. With Gared in a new form, Messor plunged the missing piece of the Triforce into his son's chest.

The Spirit and good was too much for Gared, it had caused him to implode, the only thing that was left was a branch, a branch holding on to the Spirit. Messor then used his powers of transformation once more and morphed the Triforce piece into a ruby before in effort to vanquish the evil inside himself, he morphed the newly created staff into a sword and rammed it into his chest, piercing his own heart, killing him instantly. It was in its new form that the Staff of Messor went on to become the Master Sword, vanquisher of evil.

But this story does not end here, for after all this happened, the remaining Gods used their powers to reshape the world and erase its current history and gave it a new one, nut something they didn't know was that when the Spirit was plucked from the Triforce, a second one was created, one built from evil, the "Shadow Triforce," the very same one that Ganondorf learns about when banished in a realm of darkness, after his recent defeat by Link.

It was in that realm where Ganondorf acquired the second Triforce and used it to return to the world from whence he came, but with his new power he was able to remodel the world and banish Link, the Hero of Hyrule, to the Dark Realm, but all hope is not lost because Link was not the only inhabitant in the Dark Realm, sure there were hundreds of monsters, there was also one other, for Aru the Oracle, the only one who knew the "Forgotten Legend" was also banished here.

Fortunately for Link, Aru is the only one who knows how to transform the Master Sword back into the Staff of Messor, the only weapon that could help Link escape the Dark Realm, it was also the only weapon that could defeat both Ganondorf and the Shadow Triforce, while restoring light back to Hyrule, but in order to find Aru, Link is going to have to fight his way through the Dark Realm, because if he fails, then all hope is lost.

Well this was a Legend of Zelda Story that was created by a massive Zelda fan (me), and if you would like to see the story continue and find out if Link was able to find the Oracle of Aru, please let me know, or just leave your opinions of what you think of this Zelda story.

While out scuba diving last weekend, I had stumbled upon a small submerged, which I took a few photos of and wrote an article about it.

Both the article and a photo can be seen below:

To the Owner of the "Juani Y David"
I found your boat

It's 8 meters below the surface of La Herradura Playa

If you red this title, and continued to the article, you might be wondering what I mean, well don't worry, I'm about to explain all, but first let me tell you about the "Juani Y David."

The Juani Y David is 304 cm longs and 140 wide. It was a handmade four person rowing boat with a red bow and a white keel. The reason why I know this much about the boat is because I had stumbled upon it last year on the 15th of October, when I was down on La Caliza Playa. At the time, when my and my brother saw the boat washed up on the beach, we were carrying my camera and a measuring tape.

Together we took a few pics of it and measured it before we emptied it of the sand and water inside it and looked for holes. Seeing none, we had dragged it into the water and tested to see if it floats before pulling it back onto the beach, leaving it there, only for it to vanish the next day.

The boat then spent the following few months tied out to a buoy before after a day of rough water and it vanished, disappearing once more, never to be seen again, until now.

Because it was a hot day and we wanted to get out into the water, me and my siblings gathered our scuba equipment onto the beach and made the necessary last minute checks before kitting up and entering the water, following the silent pull of excitement and mystery, the sea knows and holds the locations of many things, and one thing she's great at is luring people into her realm.

Taking the lead, I led my brother and sister deeper into the sea. Instead of doing our usual and swimming right over the rocks, I led them over the sand, just of the rocks and where we would be in a better position to find fish eggs, and we found plenty.

Getting back to the Juani Y David, when we were down 7 metres, I spotted something up ahead. I could clearly see something sitting a little raised up out of the sand and saw something sticking out by 1.5 meters, so signaling my team under water, I directed them over to the boat.

When we reached the boat, our history with boats kicked in. Even when we were rally small, we've always been round boats and the water, so when we see a boat lying on the seabed, we just have to identify it.

I sent Michael to check the Port near the bow and Ash to check the stern, while I swam round and pulled out a length of measuring tape, which I just had inside my BCD, so I used it to take measurements while my dive companions continued to dig away sand.

As I swam up three metres to get a better look at the whole boat, it was only then that I realized that the boat had fit the same measurements and coloring, as the Juani Y David.

My brother had also came to the same conclusion as he waited for the sand to settle, but we didn't know for definite until we saw the name written in the red painted letters, the submerged boat was indeed the Juani Y David.

We then swam back gently, aiming not to disturb any more sand before Michael pulled the camera out and got to work once more, taking the photos of the boat before I gave the command to turn around and head back to shore, we had used up half the air in our tanks.

You see, this is why I love diving, no two dives are ever the same and you never know what you are going to see, whether it a different species of marine life, or if it's a sunken boat with no signs of holes in it that you have seen before.

Hello everyone,

I know in my last two posts I said I was going to a series of post revolving around articles I've written or photos I've taken, but I thought I would post something else, something I think you might enjoy, this is one way my family like to spend the day.

If you look at the picture, you would see this picture is taken in a boat, showing the driver, who happens to be my 21 year old brother, and the female riding on the boat's wake, is my sister Ashleigh. If you look closely, you can see that my sister is only holding on with one hand, that is because she's been doing this a while and is able to ride one handed and nearly land a 360 jump.

After my sister was done and couldn't do it anymore, believe it or not, but wake boarding can be very tiring and knackering. We pulled her in and then my brother decided to get me in the water, I myself have never wake board before, I've had two lessons, not very long ones I might add, and came close to getting up but was never able, unlike my siblings who have been doing it nearly a year, but I got to tell you, when you get up on to that wake, just like I was able to do today, there can be nothing better, not right then when you're flying across the bay, feeling the wind blow past you as you soar standing up, but nothing last forever, especially when you've never done it before, so i let go of the handle and smashed head first into the water, it hurt like hell, but my adrenaline was going, my heart beating faster then it does when I'm night diving or cave diving, but not as fast as it does when I used to drive my Dad's three seater Yamaha Waverunner, man driving that beast at full speed as you zigged and zagged past the buoys, doing figure eights, but I have to recommend wake boarding to everyone, because it is such a great sport and activity and it is a great way to spend time above the surface, but if you want fun beneath the waves instead of making them, the you should go diving.

(The photo was taken with my underwater Olympus camera in it's waterproof Ikelite housing, as was many others, but due to the batteries running out, I was unable to take a picture of my sister's three foot jump.)

One way to have some fun in the sun

Hey there everyone,

I did say in my last post that I was going to do a series of posts that either contain articles that I have written and had published, or post pictures that I have taken during my underwater escapades.

If you look at the fish in the photo, you can see it's right in the middle of the screen, but the funny thing was that when I went to take the picture, the fish was nowhere to be seen, I was actually trying to get a picture of the red starfish behind the fish, but when I pressed the button, the female Rainbow Wrasse (Coris Julis), swam at me out of nowhere and got right in the middle of my shot, talk about a vanity complex. After I had took the picture I was able to eventually get the picture I wanted of the fish, even though I had to wait for two minutes, the fish just wouldn't leave me alone, it kept wanting its picture taken.

Please feel free to leave a comment of what you think of the picture or of the fish, if you would like to learn anything about the fish, feel free to send me a PM and I'll tell you what you want to know.

Ciao everyone, I've just spotted some fresh prey, got to get my teeth stuck in another article.

P.S As I said earlier on in this post, and in the last one everyone who sees this post, keep an eye out because from now on once a week I am planning on posting either underwater photos that I have taken or put articles I have written in this space, so if you want to learn things about the underwater realm, stick around, and you'll learn a lot.

Hey there everyone,

I'm back after my two day stint away, how are you all, good? Because I've been so busy diving, as you can see in the picture, I'm the one with the black and blue cressi hood. Work has really been a bit hectic, I've spent the last few days more wet then dry, during this dive I was actually the one taking the photos but one of my dive buddies wanted to borrow this camera and took this picture.

Please leave a comment on what you think of this picture, I bet you all wish you could all live in an office like this don't you, the only reason why I was in the water is because it's Sepia Officinales (Common Cuttlefish) mating season, and I had to get a picture for my article.

While I've got space I'm just going to give a shout out to my friends:

If there was anyone I have forgotten I am sorry or if I misspelled the names of those on here, again I'm sorry, but everyone who sees this post, keep an eye out because from now on once a week I am planning on posting either underwater photos that I have taken or put articles I have written in this space, so if you want to learn things about the underwater realm, stick around, and you'll learn a lot.

Hey there everyone, just your friendly shark here.

I was out scuba diving recently and I saw this little fellow and I just knew I had to take a photo. This guy is a Small Red Scorpionfish (Scorpaena notata), you can see them during the day time when diving in the Med, but if you want to see them in action, you've got to be diving at night, which I was.

Please leave a comment of what you think of the little guy, or of what you think of the picture, but if you want to know more about this creature, just send me a PM and I'll tell you about him.

P.S. This isn't the only species of Scorpionfish that can be found in Southern Spain, there are many more, and they can be a lot bigger.
